“Noted with thanks”是比較隨意的說法。一般來說,在商務場合,收到別人的信函或者通知后,出于禮貌應向對方表達已經收到對方來函這件事,而又沒有什么特別需要回信的內容,就會回這句話。
但是這并不是特別禮貌的或者尊敬的說法,只是輕微的表示知道和感謝,最好不要用于回復上級、客戶或地位比自己高的人。
